Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell and her boyfriend Matte Babel welcomed their first child on Sunday evening. The new parents announced the news last night on Instagram, with Shay posting an image of her daughter’s tiny fingers holding onto hers with the caption “Never letting go…”
