A popular Instagram model who goes by the name Aliyah Jazmine is going viral today.
The gorgeous 19-year-old model from Australia had over 500k followers on Instagram with some of Hollywood’s most famous male celebrities following her such as — Meek Mill, Future, Rick Ross and Kevin Durant.
But then suddenly, the famous model deleted her IG page and completely vanished. Well, it turns out that Aliyah used to be a MAN named Daniel but she kept it a secret.
Somebody outed Aliyah by sharing pictures of her when she used to be a boy. Immediately after her secret came out, she deleted her IG account and vanished.
