João de Deus, also known as “John of God” recently received a sentence of 370 years in prison after he was accused of rape and abuse by 600 women.
João de Deus, born in Cachoeira de Goiás, Brazil, was once known as the “Spiritual Healer” to celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Naomi Campbell — however, in Dec 2018, hundreds of women came forward and accused the then-76 year old of rape and assault.
