Rapper Drake has reportedly BLOCKED his supermodel girlfriend Imaan Hammam on IG after sleeping with her.
New York-based supermodel Imaam Hammam is the same girl that Drake was photographed with at the New York Fashion Week. Things were pretty hot and heavy between the two at the party. And Drake was even photographed leaving her NYC apartment in the morning.
