Rapper Doja Cat went LIVE on Instagram and appeared to be high on white substance as she ranted about Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, and rapper Russ.
After reading thousands of fans’ comments about being high on drugs, Doja Cat quickly jumped on Twitter and defended herself.
“I always have dookie hanging out my nose and I gotta pick it a lot,” she said.
