The Mar Sem Fim, a Brazilian vessel, was shipwrecked in Antarctica’s Ardley Cove, and now the ghost-like form of the ship can be seen shimmering beneath the frozen waters,forever trapped in a single moment of time. According to rumors, the crew went south to do a documentary, but things didn’t go as planned.
The stormy weather, coupled with strong winds, meant that the crew on the ship had to abandon it in order to save themselves from being dragged down into the frozen depths. The water washed over the sinking ship and quickly turned into ice, holding their vessel captive with no hope of return.
