Another important figure who holds a prominent position on this list is the 25th President of the United States, William McKinley. With an impressive IQ of 143.4, McKinley breathed new hope into the American economy.
McKinley was considered an active, independent, and responsible leader. Following his assassination, Congress passed a law to assign the Secret Service with the duty of protecting the president. Had this law already been in place, perhaps it would’ve been enough to stop Leon Czolgosz’s bullets from killing McKinley.
