Herbert Hoover – IQ 141.6
The 31st president of the United States was Herbert Hoover who took office during the crushing stock-market crash of 1929. This was a tough event to manage, even with an IQ of 141.6. Indeed, Hoover was hated by millions of Americans who lost their jobs and homes.

When America badly needed a leader who would help them recover from the Great Depression, they were left with someone unreliable. With disappointment running high, the conclusion of his term saw Americans singing the tune “The sun will come out, tomorrow.”
