Harry S. Truman – IQ 139.8
Famous for his combative impulse, Harry Truman held office during World War II and the start of the Cold War. He took the top job as the 33rd president of the United States following Roosevelt’s death. After assuming office, Truman told reporters that he felt “like the moon, the stars and all the planets had fallen on me.”
