Why do Jelly Doughnuts Suddenly Appear?
One moment it wasn’t there, and the next, there it was. Notice how in the right image, an object that resembles a jelly doughnut suddenly showed up. It was clearly not in the first image, which had been taken by NASA’s Opportunity rover only a few seconds before the second one was taken.
Some theorists suggest that the object could possibly be an alien fungus, but once again, NASA debunked this theory. Apparently, the sudden and mysterious appearance of the formation was thanks to the Opportunity rover dislodging it by accidentally driving over it. So, no, Krispy Kreme hasn’t made it to Mars just yet.
