Juno is an American independent film released in 2007. It’s a coming-of-age comedy about teenage pregnancy. One of the stars, Jennifer Garner, agreed to cut her pay in order for the film to stick to a minimal budget. It became a smash hit and received a number of Oscar nominations.

The story revolves around Juno, played by Ellen Page, and her struggles as she undergoes an unplanned pregnancy and the subsequent events that follow. It tackles several issues including abortion and adoption. The success of the film helped launch Page’s career.
