Does this place look familiar to you? If you think this photo was taken from a dystopian film, you are mistaken. This is merely an aerial drone photo capturing New York in winter. Apparently, the city looks like a completely abandoned and haunted land during the cold season. Just take a look at how bleak and desolate Central Park seems.
New York is famous for its blistering hot summers and extremely cold winters. What looks like a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by zombies is actually just Central Park from an aerial view. The white snow completely covering the area makes for a beautiful, albeit eerie, vision of the famous concrete jungle.
