The Tolberts became known throughout the community and the rest of the world when Nia’s rare births and their difficult new situation were featured on the news and on social media. As a result, they also began receiving help from total strangers who were touched by their incredible story.
To help make ends meet, the Tolberts even started a crowdfunding campaign on Fundly. They plan to use the money for everyday expenses and other essentials such as diapers, toiletries and baby wipes. They’ve managed to raise over $10,000 so far and are hoping to raise more.
