Nia’s Plan
Nia had to think of a tactful way to break the crazy news to Robert. Telling him that she was pregnant with triplets was certainly a big deal, and she figured she had to do it in a special way. She had a trip to Florida scheduled with some friends and decided that this would be the perfect time to tell Robert, who would be at home in Maryland with the kids.
Nia decided to leave Robert a bag containing a special surprise. Inside were pictures of the sonogram, three onesies, and a handwritten note that read, “please accept this gift from me and God.” Robert was out when Nia departed for the airport, so she placed the bag somewhere she knew he would find it once he got home.
