The Question
As Nia stepped into the doctor’s office, she prayed that nothing was wrong with the baby. She was a bundle of nerves as she lay down and prepared for the ultrasound. While she tried to maintain hope, Nia knew that there was something different about this pregnancy, and she terrified of receiving bad news.
During the session, the technician turned to Nia and asked her if multiples ran in her family. This was a question that Nia had already been asked before, back when she was pregnant with her twins. She couldn’t believe it – another set of twins was on the way!
