We are not saying he is a martial arts guru, but he definitely knows a thing or two about the discipline. The fact that he enjoys performing his own stunts meant that he had to learn the actual discipline needed to successfully do them.
Keanu had to educate himself to prepare for The Matrix trilogy. This involved learning more than 200 forms of martial arts. He also had to undergo serious martial arts training in order to successfully portray his role of Neo. This guy might look zen, but you would not want to mess with him.
