Back on the beach, Storm was still fawning over the baby deer as Mark looked on, still astonished at seeing his dog act so lovingly toward the animal. However, in a surprise twist, the little creature did something unexpected as the shock started wearing off.
Apparently feeling better, the baby deer took Mark and Storm by surprise when it jumped up and ran into the water again. Storm’s instincts kicked in instantly and he took off after the deer to try and bring him back to safety again.
