After Mark shared the video of Storm saving the baby deer online, the dog’s heroic act started to gain attention on social media. More and more people saw and shared the video until it eventually became viral.
Soon, Storm was not only a sensation on social media but in the local and national news too. Several news agencies featured stories about the dog’s valiant deed, and when more people learned about his story, Storm became recognized as a national hero too.
