Once the drama was over and the situation was once again under control, Mark and Storm were able to recover on the beach. They were not only relieved that they’d been able to help the baby deer, but also that the animal was now in the loving and capable hands of animal professionals.
The STARS team (Strong Island Animal Rescue Shelter) were more than capable of caring for the little deer, especially as they have dealt with a massive variety of animals in all sorts of different situations over their years of operation. At last, the baby deer was in safe hands.
