New Jersey, The Diner Capital of the World
New Jersey has more diners than any other region on Earth, hence it is sometimes called “The Diner Capital of the World.” Aside from diners, shopping malls are also big in the state. It has seven major shopping malls in a 25-square-mile radius. Too bad, though, it is also known as the car theft capital of the world. The number of cars stolen in Newark alone exceeds that of the country’s two largest cities, New York and Los Angeles, combined.

In New Jersey, fake tans, blowouts, and spiky gelled hair are also common. In fact, it has become a popular trend (although it is difficult to understand why) over the years. Why can’t hurricanes take out the tanning salons that specialize in electric orange rather than the valuable property they always seem to go for? Sadly, it looks like these orange boys are here to stay.
