I would like to think that people from Alaska are more evolved than the rest of America as they have developed a much thicker skin to withstand the freezing cold. In fact, a temperature of -20 degrees Fahrenheit is considered a warm day up there.

I mean, just take a look at this topless guy who was in the mood for a stroll in the “balmy weather” with a bunch of elks. Apparently, in Alaska, it is only considered winter when the entire city is covered in snow. Otherwise, it may as well be summer.
