The West Coast
Also called the Pacific Coast, the West is made up of California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and Alaska. The West is populated by thousands of immigrants and their descendants and its culture is heavily influenced by Spanish and Mexican colonizers. A vast number of Asian Americans reside in San Francisco and Los Angeles as well. San Francisco’s ChinaTown is the oldest one in North America.
Unlike the East Coast, West Coasters are much more laid back and chill, as is apparent in this picture. The west is filled with hippies wearing crystal necklaces and Buddha beads in search of the true meaning of life… and of course, the best weed. Do you agree that the West Coast is the best coast?
