The Cornhusker State
Nebraska has two major regions: the Dissected Till Plains, consisting of rolling hills and containing Omaha and Lincoln; and the Great Plains region, a treeless prairie that is perfect for cattle-grazing. The state has two major climatic zones: the humid continental climate in the east (characterized by warm temperatures), and the semi-arid climate of the west.
Even if I was in desperate need to take a leak, I would not dare use this rest stop in Nebraska. While the views are sure to be spectacular, it’s a little exposed. And I have no desire to know what happens when you flush.
