Chauncy Goes Viral
As Matt’s Facebook post about Chauncy’s touching story gained more and more attention, the GoFundMe account went viral too. Donations ranged from money, food, clothing, dental care, and job offers. At the time of writing, Matt’s post has already been shared 14,000 times and commented on 3,500 times.
At this point, Matt realizes they could buy so much more than a simple lawnmower. In fact, they were getting close to being able to actually purchase a new home for the family, and a college education fund for Chauncy. College would be an incredible opportunity for this straight-A student to succeed in life, and Matt knew he would not think twice about making the most of it.
