Newton was looking at a once in a lifetime opportunity. He realized that this would likely be his only chance to witness an endangered, introverted animal that rarely presents itself to humans. Thinking on his feet, Newton decided to grab his camera and capture the beautiful moment.
Excitement trilling through his body, Newton returned with his camera and happily took photos of the kittens playing on his porch. Their joyful antics were all captured. He later said, “they were running back and forth, pouncing on each other. I started snapping away. I thought, ‘Wow! What incredible luck!’ This just beats all.”
