People speculate that the lyrics Pusha T wrote refer to the onstage fight that broke out at Pusha T’s concert in November 2018 in Drake’s hometown. Pusha suggested during the show that Drake paid people to throw beer at him.
Here’s what Young Thug said: “I don’t respect the pusha t verse on the song with me and gunna cause I don’t have nun to do with y’all beef nor does Gunna, and if I knew that was about him I would’ve made changes on our behalf.. this rapper shit so gay. Do that sh*t on your own song, n*gga. I don’t give a f*ck what y’all got going on. We kill for real.”
