Because Kenneth Petty has his own past as a sex offender. A new woman has just stepped forward and claims Kenneth sexually assaulted her over twenty years ago. She made a video that she posted online, saying everything that allegedly happened.
She also said that, despite all the time, she’s “still living with effects now.”
