The 38 year old singer admitted that she was there as Kobe’s friend, and performed “one of his favorite songs, XO.” She also sang her song, “Halo,” and there was no dry eye in the arena for her performance. Before she sung, she said: “I’m here because I love Kobe and this was one of his favorite songs so I want to start that over but I want us to do it all together and I want you to sing it so loud that he hears your love. Are you ready? Love you.”
