Last week, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officers responded to a shooting on a Charlotte Area Transit System bus near the Charlotte Premium Outlet Mall.
By the time the officials arrived at the scene, they located two gunshot victims – bus driver David Fullard and passenger Omarri Shariff Tobias.
According to official reports, the two men got into an altercation after 22-year-old Omari Tobias asked the driver David Fullard to let him off at an “unassigned bus stop.”
