Based on a video TMZ released, we can see Tory talking to someone, before launching to hit him. The dude fell back and Tory charged after him. And apparently his security had to hold him back. However, some eyewitnesses reported to TMZ that the rest of Tory’s security and entourage allegedly joined in on the beating, too.
