When asked how she made such a HUGE decision to end her 14 year old marriage, Mowry said that “it wasn’t easy and it’s not for the weak.”
“It was not easy. I usually tell people in my close circle, ‘This is not for the weak.’ It’s very hard,” Mowry told Us Weekly.
But the actress said that the decision becomes easier when you are focused on ‘yourself.’

“I feel like when you continue to work on you and work on yourself and work on loving yourself and valuing yourself and having self-worth, the decision becomes easier,” she said.
