A white Baton Rouge police officer is being investigated after a video of the officer went VIRAL.
In the video, the officer, whose name has not been revealed, is seen pinning a black 13-year-old boy to the ground in a chokehold. The video is now going viral and sparking rage towards the officer who handled the 13-year-old boy that way.
