The investigation revealed that Hall allegedly bragged about the size of one partner’s genitals and claimed that she was in an open marriage.
The se*ual activities took place at hotels and parties at other officers’ houses and on a boat. Hall allegedly also performed oral s*x on Powell and Shields while on duty at the police station and police gym, according to the Dec. 28 internal report.

The authorities started an internal investigation after La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole received a tip that Hall was sleeping with several fellow officers and even had a threesome with Magliocco and his wife.
