The four officers who were fired for their involvement in the s*x scandal were Sgt. Lewis Powell, Officer Juan Lugo, Sgt. Ty McGowan and Detective Seneca Shields, according to a December internal investigation. Two of these men officers were Black men.

Two other officers who also had steamy romps with Hall were Patrick Magliocco and Larry Holladay. However, unlike the others, officer Magliocco and Holladay managed to keep their jobs with just suspension.
