Sofia, 21, and Scott, 37, first sparked rumors of romance back in the summer of 2017. But they didn’t publicly reveal their relationship until September that year. Then they became Instagram official on October 2, 2017, as Sofia posted a picture with her arms wrapped around Scott’s waist.
Now their last public outing was on April 25.
