In response, social media ATTACKED Snoop Dogg and criticized him for his rude and “threatening” comments.
After this, Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., took to Instagram yesterday and clarified his comments.
“I’m a non-violent person,” Snoop Dogg said in the video post. “When I said what I said, I spoke for the people who felt like Gayle was very disrespectful towards Kobe Bryant and his family.”

Snoop then explained that what he said was not intended to be a “threat to harm a 70-year-old woman”.
