In 1999, Moses Michael Levi Barrow, born Jamal Michael Barrow, was charged with attempted murder, assault, and reckless endangerment, and he was later convicted.
The rapper, known by his stage name “Shyne” served 10 years in prison and was then deported back to his country Belize.
