Once upon a time, before anyone believed Donald Trump could be president, media mogul Russell Simmons was very good friends with Trump. They attended events together, posed for photos, partied and did everything rich people with their rich friends. While they’re not close anymore, Russell thought to recall some of the times when Trump said things he believed they were insensitive.

He started his post by pointing out Trumps’s wrongs: “I never cared about his politics Except on occasion where i had a chance to share mine ..i took him to the mosque when he spoke poorly about Muslims, brought rabbis to his office when he made anti Semitic statements, and “reminded him” when he made unconscious remarks or made any hateful statements…”
