Nene Leakes, 54, has named the Network, Andy Cohen, NBCUniversal and RHOA production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original as defendants as per legal documents.
“NBC, Bravo and True foster a corporate and workplace culture in which racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated — if not, encouraged,” the filing states.

Leakes alleges that her co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann directed racial comments towards her for years and she never faced any consequences.
