“Flavor of Love” reality star Chandra ‘Deelishis’ Davis reveals her ‘nose herpes’ blisters on Instagram. Yesterday, she posted a video where she explained that she’s been getting cold sores on her nose for several years. According to a family member, its nose cold sores, and she just wanted to confirm with her fans that it was (in fact) a thing.
