On Tuesday, reality star Kara Keough took to Instagram to share the sad news that her son McCoy Casey Bosworth passed away on April 6.
Kara wrote that McCoy surprised his parents with his “overall perfection”. However, sadly, the little one experienced “shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord” during childbirth and didn’t make it.
