Tinsley and Scott have been in an on-and-off again relationship for a long time. The couple had split in early 2018, but afterwards they quickly got back together in a romantic scene that we saw in RHONY. But the distance was kind of a deal breaker. And they continued to fight a lot.
An insider had told Radar at the time: “They are grappling with the long-term partner idea, and struggling to make it work. Friends don’t know if they’ll last, because he’s in Chicago, and she doesn’t want to leave New York. It’s to be determined.”
