The case first went to trial earlier this year in January, but a mistrial was declared after T.I. and Tiny’s lawyer accused MGA of “racist cultural appropriation.”
The $100 million lawsuit, which. has been going on for the past few months, went back to trial earlier this month. After numerous arguments related to 31 potentially infringing dolls were made, the jury ultimately ruled in favor of MGA Entertainment.

The children’s toy company countered that the couple had failed to show any proof of the intellectual property rights of the girl group OMG Girlz — which made T.I. and Tiny’s case really weak.
