This is not the first time Kelly is trying to convince a judge to let him out on bond, though. He has previously used various arguments to let him out, but they all have been shut down. His current plan is very elaborate, and it involves living with his girlfriend, Joycelyn Savage.

She had previously been living in Kelly’s luxury 2-bedroom apartment, which featured a 2.5 bathrroom, 2,022 sq ft in the Trump Tower Chicago condo, where she had a door person, elevator, exercise room, sauna, pool, restaurant and valet among others.
