At the beginning, everyone thought it was a robbery gone wrong. Earlier in the day, the rapper posted a picture with a bunch of gifts, and one of them had his home address on it. And then posted another picture with a friend with an enormous amount of cash. But according to the surveillance video, the person inside the house, most likely the shooter, did not take anything.
And people claim he was a targeted hit given his ties with the Crips.
