Cosby claims that he relied on the agreement which is why he agreed to testify in the trial accuser’s civil lawsuit.
Shortly after Bill’s testimony, he was charged for the sexual assault by a new District Attorney. Additionally, the attorney did not consider the agreement Bill had with the previous prosecutor.
