The New York City Police Department has revealed that the prime suspect behind the mass shooting is 62-year-old man named Frank R. James who remains at large at the moment.
NYPD has also announced a reward for anyone who reports James’ whereabouts to the authority.

And since the suspect is still in hiding, it’s unclear what his motive was to open fire in the subway. But after long investigation, reports are claiming that his shooting was targeted towards BLACK women.
