The results of this research are determined based on race of the people who had babies in 2021.
The study looked at the race of the parents of babies born in 2021, to make its determination. The study found that in the 2021 births in the US, 8% of the births belonged to Black women with non-Black fathers and 18% of the births were with Black man and non-Black mother.
But these numbers vary depending on the education of the parents.
