James King lived in Paducah, Ky, and is survived by his wife, Lisa. The two shared six kids, and he was also the grandfather of 19 grandchildren. His family didn’t release what caused him to go to the medical facility. James’ stepdaughter, Krystle Langston, confirmed his passing by captioning a hospital photo: “Just feels so empty. I miss you so much.”
