The Gump House
Is visiting the home of Forrest Gump on your bucket list? Unfortunately for you, it’s not possible to see the charming house that Forrest and his momma lived in, because it was built purely to be part of the movie.
While the house looks like it has been around for decades, it was hastily built as part of the set and was torn down after filming wrapped up. While the movie says that Forrest grew up in Greenbow, Alabama, the township isn’t real either.
